Ready for immediate use. Easy to use. Cracks and joints can be sealed so that they are completely watertight, and expansion and shrinkage cracks removed. Resistant to weak acids and lyes, and colour-fast. Temperature-resistant from -60°C to +180°C, resistant to weathering and ageing, and insoluble in water.
